Yard Care Crew Member
Job description:
We’re seeking a Yard Care Crew Member to support the ongoing care and enhancement of residential landscapes. This role focuses on property maintenance, seasonal cleanups, softscape improvements, and small-scale installation projects.
You will work closely with Crew Leads and Operations to maintain high-quality standards while ensuring properties remain healthy, clean, and visually strong throughout the year.
This is an entry to mid-level role well-suited for someone comfortable working outdoors, committed to teamwork, and who takes pride in detail-oriented landscape work.
What you’ll do:
Property Maintenance & Seasonal Care
- Seasonal cleanups: pruning, edging, mulching, debris removal, and plant bed maintenance
- Maintain plant health through proper trimming, monitoring, and professional care
- Support lawn and bed improvements as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, secure, and efficient warehouse and jobsites
- Support end-of-day cleanup and ensure trucks are always prepared
- Load and unload materials such as soil, gravel, mulch, debris, green waste, and plants
- Load, unload, and properly secure tools, machinery, and equipment daily
Softscape & Small Install Projects
- Install plant material according to planting plans
- Prepare soil, amend beds, and install mulch
- Assist with small-scale improvements that may include minor hardscape elements
- Follow design intent and installation standards provided by the design and operations teams
Team & Documentation Standards
- Complete daily progress reports by taking photographs and calling or sending messages to your manager.
- Upload jobsite photos as required
- Communicate clearly with the Crew Lead and Operations regarding progress or issues
- Follow company safety procedures and protect client property
- Represent the company professionally on client sites

Construction Crew Member
Job description:
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Crew Member to support residential design-build construction projects. This role focuses on larger-scale installations, including hardscape, retaining walls, carpentry features, irrigation systems, lighting systems, and structured planting installations.
This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute construction plans accurately while maintaining safety, patience, and environmentally responsible practices on site.
We value team members who can anticipate potential risks, identify possible errors before they occur, and proactively communicate concerns to leadership.
You will work closely with the Construction Manager, Project Manager, Designers, and Crew Members to deliver high-quality projects aligned with approved plans and budgets.
What you’ll do:
Hardscape & Structural Construction
- Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements
- Perform grading and base preparation to proper specifications
- Execute detailed layout work based on approved landscape design plans
- Build carpentry features such as fences, decks, and garden structures
- Operate appropriate construction tools and machinery safely and responsibly
- Load and unload materials such as soil, gravel, stone, lumber, tools, and equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times
- Dump wastes and debris at the correct spots.
Irrigation & Lighting
- Assist with installation of irrigation systems
- Install landscape lighting systems according to plan
- Ensure proper routing, protection, and testing of systems
Planting & Finishing
- Install plant material according to planting plans
- Execute final grading and finishing details
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Project Execution & Standards
- Follow approved construction documents and layout plans
- Participate in milestone quality checks
- Communicate proactively about scope changes or field challenges
- Follow sustainable landscaping practices, including proper material use, soil care, water-conscious installation methods, and responsible waste management

Landscape Designer
Job description:
We’d love to hear from a Landscape Designer to lead and develop residential design-build projects guided by stewardship values and sustainable practices, from concept through installation.
As we’re a design-build firm, you’ll be involved in nearly every phase of a project. This role blends creative design, technical documentation, client communication, and close collaboration with estimating and construction teams to deliver buildable, budget-aligned outdoor spaces.
You will collaboratively work with Sales, Estimating, Project Management, and Construction to ensure projects are thoughtful, executable, and aligned with company standards.
What you’ll do:
Design & Client Development
- Lead or participate in site visits and design walkthroughs with clients
- Translate client goals into conceptual and functional landscape designs
- Develop 2D plans, planting plans, hardscape plans, lighting plans, and construction details
- Create presentation decks and visual materials for design review meetings
- Revise designs based on client feedback and internal review
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the design phase
- Always keep sustainability in mind and think of how we can make each project more ecologically conscious.
- Coordinating with the sales team to ensure designs match the scope of work.
Site & Technical Work
- Conduct thorough site assessments, take measurements, and document existing conditions
- Identify installation constraints such as utilities, access, grading, and drainage
- Produce detailed construction documentation to prepare Operations for execution
- Incorporate sustainable landscape practices into design solutions
Budget & Pre-Construction Collaboration
- Work closely with Estimating to ensure designs align with approved budgets
- Select materials that balance aesthetics, durability, and cost targets
- Adjust plans proactively when scope or pricing changes occur
- Participate in internal design reviews and handoff meetings
Construction Phase Support
- Participate in internal design to construction handoff meetings
- Attend key onsite milestone reviews such as layout checks and quality inspections
- Clarify design intent during installation
- Problem solve field issues in collaboration with Project Management and Construction
What we’re looking for:
Technical Competence
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and LandFX
- Strong plant knowledge, including Pacific Northwest appropriate selections
- Understanding of hardscape construction methods and detailing
- Ability to create complete construction ready plan sets
