Refining the Existing Yard
Expanding and reshaping the landscape while preserving its character for a cohesive design
We received the WALP Award of Distinction for exceeding industry standards.
This project encompassed a complete transformation of the outdoor spaces surrounding a residential home in the Fremont neighborhood, Seattle. Follow this link to see the front yard transformation.
We expanded the second tier of the retaining walls using natural stone.
We installed oversized stone steps that now lead to a new patio.
The natural flagstone patio offers a
spacious setting for outdoor gatherings.
We added a new paver pathway connecting the front entrance to the backyard.
We refreshed the planting areas and installed a 25-light system throughout the yard.
